- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
In a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, place slightly thawed hash browns. Pour melted butter over potatoes. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and onion. Then pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese and bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
