Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns - 2 lb
- Mix all ingredients together and stir well
How to make hash brown casserole:
Partially thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.Topping:2 c. cornflakes, crushed1/2 c. margarine, softened Mix together and put on top of potato mixture the last 10 minutes of cooking.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
