Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • bunches small carrots - 2 item

How to make glazed carrots:

Scrape carrots; cut in fourths lengthwise. Place in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat, turning often until tender and glazed. Makes 6 servings.
