- sugar - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- bunches small carrots - 2 item
How to make glazed carrots:
Scrape carrots; cut in fourths lengthwise. Place in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat, turning often until tender and glazed. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
