Grilled red potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- garlic cloves - 2 item
- to 12 red potatoes - 8 item
How to make grilled red potatoes:
Slice garlic cloves. Mix with olive oil. Set aside for at least 4 hours. Wash potatoes. Cut into quarters. Place into microwavesafe covered dish. Add water. Cook 10 to 15 minutes on High in microwave or until tender. Drain water. Place on grill; brush with olive oil mix. Turn occasionally until slightly crisp.
