Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
How to make cheese potatoes:
Place frozen hash browns in 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix melted butter, salt, onion soup, sour cream and Cheddar cheese. Spread mixture over hash browns. Top with a mixture of melted butter and crushed cornflakes or bread crumbs if desired. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
