Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • vanilla
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, 1/2 stick margarine, milk and vanilla. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dust with cinnamon. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 stick margarine. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
