Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- vanilla
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, 1/2 stick margarine, milk and vanilla. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dust with cinnamon. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 stick margarine. Spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
