Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- clove garlic, mashed - 1 item
- large zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 1 lb
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini italiano:
Combine oil, onion and garlic in an 8-inch square glass baking dish and cook 3 minutes. Stir in zucchini, seasoned salt and oregano. Cover and cook 3 minutes; stir. Cook additional 3 minutes. Stir.
