- sour cream - 8 oz
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- creamed corn - 8 oz
- whole corn - 8 oz
- Jiffy corn meal muffin mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn pudding:
Mix eggs, margarine and sour cream. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
