- white bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, sliced - 4 item
- red snappers - 2 (1
- lemon wedges to garnish - 1 item
How to make grilled red snapper:
Combine oil, salt and pepper (to taste) in a shallow dish. Add fish. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Turn once. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Put some garlic inside fish. Grill or broil on moderate heat, 6 to 8 minutes on each side. About three minutes before fish is cooked, spoon some marinade and bread crumbs over fish.
