- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- red snapper fillets - 2 lb
How to make grilled red snapper:
Cut fish into serving-size portions. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Arrange fish on grill. Brush generously with sauce. Cook 6 to 8 minutes and turn.
