Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- skim milk
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- lite cream cheese - 2 Tbsp
- cooked fettuccine - 4 c
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add garlic. Cook until tender. Add flour and slightly brown. Gradually add milk while stirring. Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
