Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • celery seed - 1/4 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • carton Egg Scramblers - 14 oz
  • corn oil or sunflower oil any no cholesterol oil - 1 c

How to make homemade mayonnaise:

Put all ingredients, except oil, in blender or mixer. Beat thoroughly. Add oil very slowly while beating on high. Again, beat thoroughly. Refrigerate. Shelf life is about 2 weeks.
