Homemade mayonnaise


Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 1/4 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- carton Egg Scramblers - 14 oz
- corn oil or sunflower oil any no cholesterol oil - 1 c
How to make homemade mayonnaise:
Put all ingredients, except oil, in blender or mixer. Beat thoroughly. Add oil very slowly while beating on high. Again, beat thoroughly. Refrigerate. Shelf life is about 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, American, Condiments, etc..
