Cheese balls

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 1 lb
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped ripe olives - 1/2 c
• American cheese, grated - 1 lb
• garlic powder to taste - 1 item
• evaporated milk or cream - 1/4 c
• large pinch of soda - 1 item

How to make cheese balls:

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into two balls or logs. Sprinkle with paprika and roll in pecans. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.
