Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped ripe olives - 1/2 c
- American cheese, grated - 1 lb
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- evaporated milk or cream - 1/4 c
- large pinch of soda - 1 item
How to make cheese balls:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into two balls or logs. Sprinkle with paprika and roll in pecans. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
