Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- to 3 medium potatoes, diced - 2 item
- chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- chicken stock - 2 c
- skim milk
- cheese low-fat - 2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Place water and vegetables in pot and cook until tender. Pour off water and save. Saute 2 tablespoons onion and parsley in margarine. Add flour and cook 1 minute.
