Spinach dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- sour cream
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- can water chestnuts, chopped - 8 oz
How to make spinach dip:
Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Cut up. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and onions; blend well. Cover and refrigerate two hours. Stir before serving. NOTE: Can be put inside a hollowed out center of pumpernickel bread. Cut the inside part that was cut out, into cubes and use with dip.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Dips.
