Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- pepper and salt to taste - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 2 item
- raw egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- butter and bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make deviled crab:
Mix in bowl the raw egg, vinegar and seasonings. Add diced eggs, crab meat and melted butter. Put mixture into empty crab shells or a dish. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350° or 20 to 30 minutes or until brown. Makes 4 servings or may be made into small balls and served as an appetizer.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
