- mock crab meat - 1 qt
- celery, chopped
- eggs, boiled - 3 item
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Season-All - 1/2 tsp
- salad dressing or mayonnaise - 1 item
How to make crab meat salad:
Dice crab meat and mix in a bowl with chopped celery, 2 diced hard-boiled eggs, seasoning and salad dressing. Mix well. Serve as an appetizer or as a salad on lettuce. Garnish with parsley or paprika.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
