  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • to 5 apples - 4 item

How to make delicious apple cake:

Sift together dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and salt); set aside. Mix eggs, 2 cups sugar, orange juice, vanilla and oil, then mix with dry ingredients. Peel apples, cut into small pieces for inside of cake. Add 1/2 cup sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. (Save some to sprinkle on top of cake when it is done.) Bake 1 hour at 300°.

Note: Time varies depending on type of pan used.
