  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • oil
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • self-rising flour
  • medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped - 2 item

How to make delicious apple cake:

Grease and flour a tube pan. Preheat oven to 325°. Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy. Add flour, a little at a time. Blend well. Batter will be stiff. Fold in apples, coconut and nuts. Pour into tube pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan after about 30 minutes.
