Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 5
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans water - 3 item
- large bag cut broccoli - 1 item
- bag "Kluski" noodles - 1 item
- cheese Cheddar or Muenster - 1/4 1/2
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Add butter and onions to large pot and cook until tender. Add flour and stir constantly for 1 minute. Slowly add 2 cans chicken broth, then 3 cans water. Add broccoli, then salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour stirring occasionally. Add Kluski noodles and cook until al dente (approximately 15 minutes). Add 4 to 5 cups milk and the cheese.
