Beefy spaghetti soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- beef stock - 4 c
- frozen cut green beans - 1 c
- mushroom, sliced - 1 item
- ground beef, crumbled - 1/2 lb
- broken spaghetti, uncooked
How to make beefy spaghetti soup:
In a large casserole combine ground beef, onion, garlic and oil. Microwave at High until meat is no longer pink, stirring once during cooking. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cover.
