Ingredients/Components
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- flour - 3/4 c
- tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
- milk - 2 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 3/4 lb
How to make broccoli-cheese soup:
Cook broccoli in chicken broth 15 minutes. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Add flour; stir. Add evaporated milk and sweet milk and cook until thick. Add to broccoli. Add paprika and cheese.
