Veggie soup
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- water - 2 qt
- onion, sliced - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- macaroni - 1 c
- can beef broth - 1 item
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- sliced fresh carrots - 1 c
- mixed frozen vegetables - 1 pkg
- hamburger lean - 2 lbs
How to make veggie soup:
Brown hamburger with onions. Drain any liquid. Add 1 cup flour and 2 quarts water. Add rest of ingredients in order. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until vegetables are done then cover and cook on very low heat, 2 to 3 hours.Note: This recipe makes a good quantity and may be frozen.
