Ingredients/Components
- boneless chicken breasts - 8 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
How to make cream cheese chicken:
Flatten chicken breasts with hands. Make a mixture of half and half of grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Cut cream cheese in approximately 1-inch slices. Melt butter in pan. Set aside and cool slightly. Dip chicken first in butter and then in Parmesan cheese and bread crumb mixture to coat. Place cream cheese at edge of chicken piece and roll. Place, uncovered, in a baking dish. Sprinkle with small amount extra butter on top. Bake at 375° for about 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
