Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- soy sauce - 7 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- or 2 cut up chickens or skinned chicken breasts only 8 pieces or so - 1 item
How to make chinese chicken:
Mix sugar, catsup, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Pour over chicken in casserole. Cover. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or more. Serve with wild rice or white rice. Put a little sauce on it. This is very tasty.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
