Chinese noodle salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cider vinegar
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- sunflower seeds - 3/4 c
- cabbage, shredded - 1 lb
- strips bacon, fried crisp - 7 item
- green onions, cut fine - 5 item
- small bag Chinese noodles - 1 item
How to make chinese noodle salad:
Dressing:1/3 c. cider vinegar1/3 c. oil1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. soy sauce Mix cabbage (I use a bag of cabbage with carrots, etc.) with green onions, sunflower seeds and crumbled bacon. When ready to serve, pour mixed dressing over and add chow mein noodles. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Whole chicken.
