cream cheese - 24 oz
butter - 1 tbsp
diced green bell pepper - 1 c
diced red bell pepper - 1 c
bunch parsley, finely chopped - 1 item
cans Rotel tomatoes, drained - 2 item
cajun seasonings
crawfish tails, chopped medium - 2 lb

How to make crawfish dip:

Saut?� peppers in butter, then add seasonings, parsley, Rotel tomatoes and crawfish. Add a few chunks of cream cheese at a time, constantly stirring. When the cheese is melted, it's ready! If this is too thick, you can cut it with whipping cream or half and half.
