  • cream cheese - 24 oz
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • diced green bell pepper - 1 c
  • diced red bell pepper - 1 c
  • bunch parsley, finely chopped - 1 item
  • cans Rotel tomatoes, drained - 2 item
  • cajun seasonings
  • crawfish tails, chopped medium - 2 lb

How to make crawfish dip:

Saut?© peppers in butter, then add seasonings, parsley, Rotel tomatoes and crawfish. Add a few chunks of cream cheese at a time, constantly stirring. When the cheese is melted, it's ready! If this is too thick, you can cut it with whipping cream or half and half.
