Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 24 oz
- butter - 1 tbsp
- diced green bell pepper - 1 c
- diced red bell pepper - 1 c
- bunch parsley, finely chopped - 1 item
- cans Rotel tomatoes, drained - 2 item
- cajun seasonings
- crawfish tails, chopped medium - 2 lb
How to make crawfish dip:
Saut?© peppers in butter, then add seasonings, parsley, Rotel tomatoes and crawfish. Add a few chunks of cream cheese at a time, constantly stirring. When the cheese is melted, it's ready!
