Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 lb
- oil
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- plus 1 Tbsp - 2 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- finely chopped carrots - 2 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
How to make carrot cake:
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add eggs, oil and vanilla; beat 2 minutes. Blend in pineapple, carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Icing: Combine butter, cream cheese, vanilla and confectioners sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
