Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
- 1/2 can mushroom soup - 1 item
- crawfish tail meat - 1 lb
How to make crawfish dip:
Saut?© first 3 ingredients in margarine until onions are translucent. Add crawfish and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Add 1 1/2 cans mushroom soup and pepper to taste. Stir well until mixed. Take mixture off of heat and add sour cream. Stir well.Add 24 ounce can of mushroom stems and pieces and parsley, if desired.
