Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- sharp mustard - 1 Tbsp
- picked over crab meat - 1 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Roll in crumbs and refrigerate eight hours. Re-roll in crumbs and fry in 1/4 inch of oil until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
