  • eggs - 2 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • sharp mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • picked over crab meat - 1 lb

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Roll in crumbs and refrigerate eight hours. Re-roll in crumbs and fry in 1/4 inch of oil until brown.
