Grilled halibut
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- halibut steaks - 2 4
- chives - 1 Tbsp
- minced dill weed - 2 tsp
How to make grilled halibut:
Combine all ingredients, except the halibut, to make a marinade. Marinate the halibut in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, turning at least once.Oil the grill and cook halibut for 4 minutes on side one, then turn and grill for 6 more minutes or until fish flakes. While fish is grilling, baste with combination of 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon parsley flakes and 2 teaspoons chives. Serves 4 to 6.
