Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- bread crumbs
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dashes of Tabasco sauce - 3 item
- lump crabmeat - 2 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form patties 3 inches in diameter. Fry in just enough olive oil to cover bottom of skillet. If patties seem too dry, adjust mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
