Grilled shrimp
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- Italian dressing mix - 2 tsp
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- large shrimp, shelled - 2 lb
- sesame salt - 2 tsp
How to make grilled shrimp:
Wash, shrimp and drain on paper towels. Mix salad oil, lemon juice, salad dressing mix, salt and pepper. Place shrimp in bowl and pour over marinade. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Lift shrimp from marinade with slotted spoon and place on grill. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade. Pour remaining marinade into saucepan and stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and onion. Heat to boiling. Serve as a dip for shrimp.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
