Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 4 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 2 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
  • bread crumbs
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • dashes of Tabasco sauce - 3 item
  • lump crabmeat - 2 lb

How to make crab cakes:

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form patties 3 inches in diameter. Fry in just enough olive oil to cover bottom of skillet. If patties seem too dry, adjust mayonnaise.
