Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
- can whole corn undrained - 1 item
- can cream-style corn undrained - 1 item
How to make corn casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 hour. Test for doneness as you would a cake. Sprinkle with small package of shredded Mozzarella cheese until melted.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
