  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • diced celery - 3/4 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 2 cans
  • can corn - 1 oz

How to make chicken corn chowder:

Saut?© celery and onions in butter until tender. Add milk, soup, corn and seasonings. Heat, stirring occasionally, until chowder is hot, but not boiling. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
