Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- cream of chicken soup - 2 cans
- can corn - 1 oz
How to make chicken corn chowder:
Saut?© celery and onions in butter until tender. Add milk, soup, corn and seasonings. Heat, stirring occasionally, until chowder is hot, but not boiling. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Whole chicken, Chowders.
