Creamy cauliflower soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chicken broth - 3 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- snipped chives - 1 item
- shredded sharp cheese - 4 oz
- medium head cauliflower, broken into small pieces - 1 item
How to make creamy cauliflower soup:
Cook cauliflower in saltwater 10 to 15 minutes; drain. In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add chicken broth, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until slightly thickened.
