- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 12 item
- softened cream cheese - 1 (8
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Beat eggs until thick. Add sugar and vanilla and beat again. Add softened cream cheese and beat well. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each of 12 cupcake papers. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before topping with pie filling.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
