- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 4 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 12 item
How to make cherry cheesecake cupcakes:
You will need 12 cupcake papers and 2 cupcake pans.Place 1 vanilla wafer into each cupcake paper. Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Fill each paper 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes. Remove and let stand for 15 minutes. Then top with pie filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
