Blueberry cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- blueberries * - 1 item
How to make blueberry cobbler:
Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth. Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 9-inch or 10 x 6-inch pan. Pour batter into pan. Add blueberries on top. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes. Crust rises to top and browns. Serve warm or cold with ice cream, milk or Cool Whip (even plain). Serves 6 to 9.*May use blackberries or raspberries.
