Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 12 item
How to make mini cheesecakes:
Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place one wafer in each liner. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended. Fill liners 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325°. Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling. Other toppings such as nuts or chocolate may be used. Makes 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 30 mins.
