- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Beat together all ingredients until light and fluffy. Fill lined cupcake pans 3/4 full. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Top with about 1 teaspoon of any pie filling and return to oven for 10 minutes. Cool and keep refrigerated.Cake will sink a little in the center.
