Ingredients/Components
- flour
- baking powder
- shortening - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- fruit - 1 c
How to make cherry pudding:
Mix ingredients together, except the fruit and then stir in the fruit by hand. Pour and spread into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Raspberries are optional.
