How to make cherry cheesecake cups:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together. Put 2 vanilla wafers in each muffin cup. Fill 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. Cool and add cherry pie filling. Makes 24.
