Blueberry delight

Ingredients/Components

• flour
• sugar - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cold milk - 2 Tbsp
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• cream cheese soft
• 10x sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• whipped topping - 1 (8
• blueberries - 4 c
• Clear Jell - 3 Tbsp

How to make blueberry delight:

Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)1 c. 10x sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) whipped topping4 c. blueberries1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. Clear Jell Crust: Mix oil and milk together. Add other ingredients and mix until well blended. Put into an oblong pan and pat to edges. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes, at 350°. When cool, crumble crust to resemble cookie crumbs.

Filling: Combine cream cheese, 10x sugar and vanilla. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

Cook blueberries, 1/2 sugar and Clear Jell just until thick. Cool. Spread over filling and chill 8 hours or longer.
