Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder
How to make carrot cake:
Mix ingredients together and put in ungreased pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours in Bundt pan or 1 hour in loaf pan.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
