- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- undrained crushed pineapple - 1 c
- Mix and bake at 350° for one hour in layer pan
