Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- melted oleo - 1/4 c
- Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy
How to make chocolate pound cake:
Cream the shortening and margarine. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Mix well. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
