Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- raisins - 3/4 c
- salad oil
- carrots, grated - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- walnuts - 3/4 c
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- Icing:1 box 10x sugar
How to make carrot cake:
Icing:1 box 10x sugar1/2 c. melted oleo8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Sift dry ingredients together, except sugar. Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Stir in carrots, crushed pineapple (not drained), raisins and walnuts. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
