Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 3/4
- powdered sugar, sifted - 1 lb
- Add sugar, oil and eggs
How to make 14 carrot cake:
Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts; turn into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans (or large flat glass pan).
