grated carrots - 2 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 3/4
powdered sugar, sifted - 1 lb
Add sugar, oil and eggs

How to make 14 carrot cake:

Sift dry ingredients. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts; turn into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans (or large flat glass pan). Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted Mix and beat well.
